150 air mile exemption clarified: 

•         If we are changing our reporting terminal for the day ( meaning if we are changing hotels or going from home -- or a separate pick-up address – to a hotel) then we need to complete a log book entry for that day.

•      If we have a trip where we are under a 150 miles, but report back to the same reporting terminal on the same day ( a long campaign routing day, for example), we do not need to log.
