Driver Dress Code

Driver Dress Code Effective Jan 1, 2015, do it outdoors media is implementing a dress code for all Drivers. Drivers are expected to wear the following when assigned to a campaign, unless directed otherwise:

 Pants – black dress jeans, black Dickies / Dockers style or black cargo shorts. Blue jeans may continue to be worn in 2015 but the company prefers black. The jeans and shorts must be belted with a tucked in shirt. Below is a picture of the style jeans and shorts that are acceptable. No baggy jeans, must be plain 5-pocket jeans.

 Shirts – light gray, black or red polo shirt or button-down shirt, short or long-sleeved

 Hat – optional; if worn, must be plain black or a do it outdoors media hat

 Outerwear – Use discretion with outerwear. No large logo brands, no team-oriented

ï‚· Footwear - A solid plain shoe (preferably black or brown); no open-toes or open-heels

Basically we need Drivers to be neat, clean and pressed (think UPS-style!). Drivers are representing our company and our clients and therefore need to be presentable at all times.

When traveling market-to-market, Drivers may wear blue jeans and plain (no pocket or graphics) black, gray or red t-shirts. If preferred, Drivers may dress the same whether on a campaign or traveling.

do it outdoors media will be providing Drivers with do it outdoors (dim) logo attire (you may have seen it already worn by the Lead Drivers). We expect to order the dim attire in the first quarter of 2015. Once the dim attire has been issued, Drivers will be expected to wear the dim attire whenever they have an event during their campaign.

Drivers are expected to be 100% in compliance by Jun 30, 2015.
